Dean made its second landfall about 40 miles south-southeast of Tuxpan, Veracruz at 11:30am between the cities of Tampico and Veracruz. Maximum sustained winds at landfall were near 100 mph.
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 140 kilometers per hour. DEAN Is now a category one hurricane and it is expected to continue weakening until it dissipates over the mountains of central Mexico tonight.
However, the entrie central Mexico is expected to get a lot, I mean a lot of rain. Beware of possible floodings and mudslides.
Gracias Ana Maria, Thanks a lot!.
